Implementation scope

Centralized Odoo ERP ecosystem connecting sales, CRM, purchasing, inventory, accounting, manufacturing, project management, websites and the LenticularPlanet customer portal. The scope included Slovenian accounting localization, production digitalization, real-time order and production tracking, warehouse/material traceability, BI dashboards, document management, electronic signatures, internal communication and customer satisfaction workflows.

GRAIN d.o.o. is a Slovenian company operating in the graphic and printing industry, with a strong focus on industrial printing materials, premium visual marketing, color production and advanced lenticular printing solutions. Through its Grain platform, the company supplies materials for offset and digital printing, while LenticularPlanet presents its customer-facing lenticular printing offer for advertising, artistic prints and custom visual experiences.

GRAIN needed a centralized digital backbone capable of connecting commercial, production, warehouse, accounting, project and customer-facing processes. The goal was to reduce fragmented workflows, improve production visibility, support traceability of materials and orders, and provide management with reliable data for faster operational and strategic decision-making.


Neun Pro implemented a centralized Odoo ERP ecosystem connecting all key business and production processes into one unified digital platform.

    • Centralized Odoo ERP system covering Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing and Project Management.
    • Full localization of Odoo Accounting according to Slovenian legislation and accounting standards.
    • Integration of websites, CRM and customer portals into a single Odoo database.
    • Customer portal for LenticularPlanet with real-time order and production tracking.
    • Digitalization of lenticular printing production through Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Barcode and IoT modules.

The implementation significantly improved operational efficiency, process transparency, production traceability and data-driven decision-making. By consolidating previously separate workflows into a single Odoo environment, GRAIN gained a scalable foundation for future Industry 4.0 initiatives and AI-supported business processes.

For GRAIN d.o.o., Neun Pro delivered an integrated Odoo ERP platform that connects sales, customer communication, accounting, purchasing, warehouse operations, production, reporting and customer portals.
