In addition to leading complex ERP and digital transformation initiatives, Irena has extensive expertise in data protection, cybersecurity and information governance. As the founder of the 2Cript data security solution and CEO of Ascaldera, she has been actively involved in developing secure digital solutions that help organizations protect sensitive business and personal data while meeting regulatory requirements.

Her expertise lies in aligning business strategy, processes, technology and security, enabling organizations to implement scalable digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen data protection and support long-term business growth. 

Dubravka Dolenc, 
Co-Founder

Dubravka Dolenc is a legal expert with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, specializing in data protection, compliance and privacy law. She previously served as Deputy Director of the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) and represented Croatia in European working groups on data protection.

Her expertise covers GDPR compliance, privacy law, civil and contract law, media law and regulatory compliance. Throughout her career, she has advised organizations on managing legal and regulatory risks, developed compliance frameworks and delivered numerous professional and academic lectures in the field of data protection.

Andraž Rojnik,

Andraž is a business development and sales professional with nearly 30 years of experience helping companies grow across technology, manufacturing, renewable energy, and digital transformation. Throughout his career, he has built long-term partnerships, expanded international markets, and delivered sustainable business growth.

Jovana Stajić plays a cross-functional leadership role within the Ascaldera branch, combining business operations, client relations, HR coordination, marketing, sales support, client support, and project coordination. Her work connects internal teams, partners, and clients, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and translated into practical digital solutions.

With strong experience in ERP processes, Odoo implementation support, CRM, sales workflows, marketing communication, documentation, client support, and 2Cript implementation projects, Jovana operates at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and execution. She supports both business development and implementation teams by structuring requirements, preparing client-facing materials, coordinating communication, and helping projects move from initial idea to successful implementation.
